Managing Director
Joseph Marco Mbata is the Managing Director of Universe Advanced Technologies. Formerly, he worked with World Bank Group Tanzania as the ICT Expert, He worked with HLB Tanzania as the ICT Manager, He worked with Ernst & Young Global Limited (EY) as the Information System Auditor, He worked with Innovex Tanzania as ICT Auditor and Specialist, He worked with Tanzania Agricultural Catalytic Trust as ICT Specialist and M&E. He holds master of science in Information system management (MSc in ISM) from University of Dar es salaam. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSc in ICT) from St. Augustine university of Tanzania. He holds advanced diploma in information and Data security from University of South Africa. He is Certified Information System auditor (CISA) from ISACA. He is Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA.He completed course of Project Management Professional (PMP) from University of Australia. He completed course of TOGAF (9) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in United States of America. He is certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA). He is the registered member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is the registered Member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is member of Tanzania Information Technology Association (TITA). He is the registered member of associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP).
Technical Director
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSc in ICT) from St. Augustine university of Tanzania branch of Ruaha Catholic University(RUCU). Senior IT Consultant Specialized in Highly available systems design, architectures and implementations that span in realms of Distributed Systems, EXADATA, SUPER CLUSTER, BIG DATA, HADOOP, CLOUDERA, Cloud, AWS, Oracle RAC, DataGuard, RDBMS and Cloud architectures

Andrew specialized in Business process analysis and design, business strategic plan, information security, networking, Information Technology Management Budgeting, Procurement, Strategy planning and execution, project management, Operations Management., Information Security Management Methodologies such as COBIT 5, ISO 20071 for Information Security Management Systems, ISACA Information Security Management Policies, Guidelines and Standards. He has experience on Systems Analysis and Design Methodologies, Relational Database Management Systems, Governance and Compliance, Policy management, Framework establishment, monitoring, Project Management, Review and identification of project/system risk, mitigation factors and Information Architecture and security levels of all applications.

Isheanesu Sithole, Isheanesu has more than 8 years in the Information Technology industry; 5 years being in the IT Audit. Isheanesu key strength based on Data Analytics, Revenue Assurance, Portfolio and Project Governance & Management, Enterprise and IT Risk Management, Information Security Reviews, Internal & External Audit, Information Security Management System design, implementation and reviews, Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments, Data Centre Management and Security, Post and Pre- Implementation reviews, Business Continuity Management.
